- Is there a free trial for paid plans?
- Yes. Starter and Pro plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. You will only be charged at the end of the trial period if you choose to keep the plan.
- Does the price include VAT?
- Prices shown are exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied at checkout based on your billing country in accordance with EU regulations. If you are a business with a valid EU VAT ID, enter it at checkout to have VAT removed from your invoice.
- Where is my data hosted?
- Vartio's application infrastructure and monitoring data are hosted on EU infrastructure. Email delivery uses EuroMail and billing uses Stripe; those subprocessors receive only the information needed for delivery, invoicing, and payment handling.
- Can I get an invoice for my company?
- Yes. Every payment generates a VAT-compliant invoice that is available in the Stripe customer portal under Settings > Billing. You can also add your company name, address, and VAT number there so they appear on all future invoices.
- Can I switch plans at any time?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you always get what you paid for.
- What happens when I cancel?
- When you cancel, your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that your account moves to the Free plan and monitors above the free limit are paused (not deleted). You can re-activate them by upgrading again at any time.
